Transfering mp3s to Galaxy s6 from windows 10

I got a galaxy s6 128gb and wanted to transfer all of my mp3 music to it. On past Galaxies, I plugged in the usb cable to my Windows 10 computer, and was able to access the files inside the phone. When I follow that method now, with the 6, I open file explorer and my phone is listed there as galaxy s6, but there is no access to any of the files.

The phone needs to be unlocked so the PC can access files.
