Transferring Open Chrome Tabs to new phone

Is there any way to transfer open chrome tabs? I hate losing them and usually keep them open as a reminder of things to follow-up on...bad habit. It looks like it synced to my history but it is easier to see when they are open still.

In chrome settings you have something called recent tabs. There it should show open tabs from other devices as well if sync is turned on. Maybe check there to see if tabs from other devices show up?
