How do I transfer photos in the Gallery that are taking up space bumping up against the 16 gb to my external microSD card?

Set the camera to save to extSDcard in camera settings and then use a file explorer app like ES File Explorer to cut and paste the existing pictures from the dcim in the internal memory to the dcim in the extSDcard.

Once the photos are in the gallery --- how do you save them to the microSD card and then delete off the tablet making room for more photos.

From home screen select my Files, dcmi, find picture that you want to move. Touch pictures tick appears. Long press , keep finger on file slide over to my files and find your storage card. Hry presto picture appears on my card
