Transferring S21 'add to home screen links' to S23

Hi...I used Smart Switch with cable for S21 to S23. Everything transferred except the shortcut links. How do I get them transferred...I have 7 pages of those sites. They transferred last time from S9 to S21. Please, please...can anyone help for me to do this rather than each one manually. Thanks
