Transferring text messages from T-mobile Comet to Droid DNA using SMS Backup+, hit a snag

All my text conversations transferred except one with this girl from a party, the difference with this convo is that it started with a picture message she sent to my phone and email, now for some reason that picture isn't viewable, nor is the rest of the texts we sent back and forth.

Any ideas how to fix this? I can find the text convo in my gmail account, complete with the link to the picture.
