Speak of the devil I FINALLY got an email that they shipped it. Shouldve shipped it overnight with how long It took and what they charge

It's not just one dude. I ordered my treegloo product over 45 days ago, and still haven't received it. Twice I've emailed them and they've responded saying it would come in the next week, and then that week came and went and they didn't send me my product. This is the worst customer service company of all time. I honestly have never been more disappointed.

This happened to me, but I finally received the case. You will NOT be disappointed. Yes the wait is terrible, and their customer service blows but you will be satisfied with the case when you get it.

I placed an order Sept. 24 and have yet to see my case over a month later. I know my package wasn't lost in the mail because I never even received a shipping order, despite the fact that my credit card was charged THAT DAY. I have also called their Customer Service like three times, leaving a voicemail with my name, order number, and phone number each time, and have never heard back. Shady business... should be criminal.

I placed my order on August 26th, still no case. I will be requesting a refund.

I couldn't agree more... this company is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I ordered my case on October 6th and have contacted the company multiple times with NO response. Would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this company to a friend, I don't care what the product quality is when the customer service is nonexistent.

Have you all beat. Ordered a Nexus 7 cover 11 Aug hoping to get it in time to leave for Afghanistan 1 Sep. Wasn't in the works. Figured it would be in the pile of mail on my return this last week. Nope. About this time I'm thinking 90 days is more than enough time to fill an order. Placed a call this last week but no one answers. Dropped an email that was promptly replied to. Refund in the works. Good luck to Treegloo. Would hate to see a good product not survive in the market because of startup/production issues.

They are very prompt to respond to my inquiries, but that doesn't really matter when they aren't sending the product. Last I was told was that it would ship by the end of Nov, but no word. Sadly, after reading all this, I have no hopes of getting it any time soon and I think I'm just going to ask for a refund so I can get something by Christmas.

Pretty much in the same boat with the same time frames. Ordered Oct 24, eventually told it would be ready the end of Nov; still no word. Beyond any shadow of doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm not even sure I'd give them a good rating if they shipped it today AND refunded the money.
 
I finally recieved my case, on Saturday the 1st. I had ordered on Oct. 6th, and had expended every amount of patience I had waiting day by day (what turned out to be 58 of them)- with my tablet often stored in a sock while on the go. Jen from their CS finally got back to me, and after a great many more days and some back-and-forth emails, the case was shipped with Overnight Service to me. It is a great quality case, I am very happy with the product for what I expected. However, customer service is a priority for me, and Jen's responses did little to make up for the clear defficiencies of the company she was having to make excuses for. As far as a recommendation, the product is, again, awesome... but at what cost, I was sure this was a scam at some points as the days rolled by. At the very least, they should be up front with realistic shipping estimates.
 
Has anyone else received a shipping notice or status update recently?

I placed my order 10/17, requested an update mid November. I received a reply advising it should ship by the end of November. No emails or shipping notice so I emailed 12/07 & 12/18. I've only received the following canned response:

They said on Facebook that they opened a second production facility and all orders placed by 11/10 would be shipped by Christmas. I don't see how they plan to meet that deadline when I haven't heard a word about my order placed on 10/26 and they only have 2-3 days.
 
I ordered one on November 15. I only followed up twice: on 12/1, when I got an actual human being replying, saying I would get it by Christmas. The second follow up was last night. Well, guess what, it's Christmas Eve and no case. "Wonderful" customer service. My husband told me that he still wants it... provided we ever get it. No way in hell I am recommending this company to anyone.

I ordered one on October 30th and still haven't received it, nor any response to emails sent almost a month ago. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
 
While I do not approve of the tactics this person was apparently using, I am having issues with Treegloo myself. I ordered a cover for my Nexus 7 in October. According to the website, it would take about 14-21 days for it to be shipped. When I did not hear anything from Treegloo after a month, I e-mailed them asking when I could expect it. They responded within a couple of days and said that because of delays, I would receive my order shortly before Thanksgiving. Long story short, I still have not received my cover. Their last follow up, on Wednesday, indicated that I would be receiving tracking information, hopefully today.

I will say that Treegloo has been responsive when I have contacted them, but over two months to receive an order? Even with the holidays, that's really ridiculous. I have never had this much trouble before, and I know for sure I will never order anything else from them.

Same happened here. Ordered one around Nov 10th. No shipping info so asked when it would ship. Was assured it would ship before Xmas. Xmas has come and gone and have had nothing more than the canned response from Treegloo. My wife cancelled the order.

I'm disappointed that I wont be owning what looks to be a really nice case for my N7, but the customer service response (or lack thereof) from this company means we'll be taking our business elsewhere. It really seems like this is a problem that's easily solved by their support staff being more communicative and truthful about the status of an order. If we'd received an honest statement from them that we'd not likely see it until the new year, we might have stuck it out.
 
I just sent them another email asking for a status update. Advised if not to be delivered by 01/08/2013 I want a refund.
