Tremendous LTE performance

I'm coming from HTC Thunderbolt and after 8 months of heavy use and 10,000+ speed tests I've seen throughput as high as 63mbps. That being the very first MDM9600 LTE radio smartphone is outstanding to say the least. Looks like HTC engineers tweaked kernel/firmware of that same MDM9600 radio to the absolute perfection on HTC Rezound.
Well under the same exact conditions, locations I'm seeing believe it or not significantly improved RF performance! Latency has been halved (thanks to Dual-Core SoC), but ladies and gentleman, let me introduce you to the first 70mbps LTE speedtest:

Speeds are locations dependent. The busiest areas in the major cities have the entire uncapped 73.6mbps sectors, and each site usually has 3-6 sectors. That's a lot of bandwidth!

Geez my highest is 21mb. My uploading is almost the same as my download though!

The upload maxes out at about 26.8mbps. 21mbps on the upload is superb!
