Tried flashing new recovery over old and can no longer get any...

I am currently using a Sprint Optimus S. I was initially on AmonRA's but then tried flashing a new one over it... now whenever I try to boot into the recovery, it hangs on the LG screen. If I boot normally I can still get into the rom, but recovery is hosed.

I've tried reflashing many different recoveries via terminal, adb, and romtools, but all result in this same issue.

Any ideas?

Try the revert option in my signature but scroll down on that page and Substitute steps to Force Flash VD

From there, re-root and install the Custom Recovery (Xionia Clockwork-CWMA V1.2518.6)

I believe you can *still* flash a new recovery as long as you're primary room is rooted...
