Shop taking phone to be repaired as intermittent charging problem just got even worse. They've advised I back up and I've gone to use kies but the intermittent problem with the USB cable seems to extend to connecting my phone to my pc where I can't back up. Help! Any other ideas to back up contacts and diary, maybe through Bluetooth?
