This tablet has had charging issues since I purchased two and both were returned and replaced at around 11 mos. Within a couple of months, worse battery issues & company won't respond because out of warranty (although lemon law would apply?).
Most of the time they won't charge. It takes some wiggling to get one of them to work but the other rarely will. The one that rarely charges will drain quickly - takes 10% just to load and the rest will dissipate in less than an hour of light gaming.
I know there are problems with the microUSB loosening. Is there a fix for that?
Also, can the batteries be replaced?
I'm on a fixed income and I can't really afford to spend $400 or more to replace these tablets so any idea of a fix would be greatly appreciated.
