Trouble Flashing New ROMs

Ok, I've got the phone rooted and installed ROM Manager, but when I try to flash a new ROM on to the phone, it reboots and gives me a silhouette of the phone, along with an exclamation mark in a red triangle. What am I doing wrong? I don't have access to the power button on the phone, as its broken, so if I have to hit that while I'm trying to flash the phone, then I'm screwed.

Any ideas?

what ROM are you using? I only flash over using Clockworkmod's install from SD option after wiping dalvik cache and factory reset ( of course do a nandroid backup first!) Get the newest version for the Aria if you don' t already have it on there. The best ROM i used so far is Salsa Fresca. it has htc sense 2.1
