trouble with latest update?

Is anyone else having problems with the latest android update. I have a Galaxy Note 10. I've noticed a few things:
1. The Internet connection is slower. 2. When I tap on the Cortana Mic icon, it doesn't open.
3. Not able to view desktop websites on Cake and Chrome browsers.
