Device Not Found for X10...tired everything!

I did everything I swear and triple checked. Has the updated drivers (device manager recognizes it as a Ericcson device with no errors). I went into regedit and disabled USB mass option so that it recognizes the connection as a device and not mass storage unit. I did debug mode and 'charge only'. .NET 4 all installed fine too.

Still I get the Device Not Found error and can't detect any serial number. PLEASE HELP!
