Trying to make my first purchase through the Gear App and...

I chose to use Paypal.. I logged in and then it said it wants to send my billing address to the app maker. Why is that?

Is the app maker the company you are trying to purchase products from?

That's why they need your address, to verify the card information on pay pal.
