I'm trying to move some pictures and music files to the SD card but can't figure out how. I go to My Files, internal storage, press and hold on the file I want to move, select move, and the only options I get are cancel or move here. Where is the option to move to SD card?

In your gallery tap on the 3 buttons in the upper right corner. You need to create an album. When you do.... it will give you the option to save to SD card or internal storage.

That works for pictures but what about music? When I tried searching for answers on Google, doing what I tried should work, but it doesn't for some reason.

I have never tried moving music files to the SD card. I don't have a lot of music files so I don't know. Maybe someone else will be able to help.

Open your music app, select Settings, select SD card for the storage preference.
Good luck

After you select the file you want to move & you see the options 'cancel or move here', back out of that screen via the arrow key in the upper left corner until you arrive at the My Files main screen that lists, Internal Storage, SD card, Samsung Cloud Drive, etc. Then select your SD card & locate where you want to move your music file. Finally, choose the 'move here' option which should still be at the bottom of the screen.

I would recommend to use the copy command instead of move. If all goes well, then go back & delete the originals from the internal storage after you know the files made it safely to the SD card.
