Turbo and connecting PC via bluetooth

So I can get my turbo to connect to my Windows 8.1 PC. The question is how do I transfer files, and what else would this connection be used/good for? Thanks.

I haven't used phone-to-pc over Bluetooth, but ES File Explorer will let you see another device and transfer files via Bluetooth. I've used it to transfer content between two phones.

AirDroid is also great for transferring files over wifi. I also use an app called dropsync to sync folders over Dropbox - it's the main way I transfer files.

Does airdroid work with only Wi-Fi, or with Bluetooth as well?

I don't know. You don't have WiFi at home?

At home and school. But at work or other places I can't use the WiFi to upload or download over a mobile phone for security reasons.

If BT doesn't work, I believe that you can turn on the hotspot on the phone and connect from the PC vis WiFi to the device. It's been a while since I've used the app, though. I basically don't need it.

Yeah you can for sure, I use hotspot a lot. I'll try the file explorer on that hotspot tonight, thanks.
