My in-laws recently purchased an S21+ and S21 Ultra, and we’re having trouble finding a setting that we’d like to turn off.
Use Case: we frequently video call them via Google Duo. And they usually have music and videos at their house that they’ll show on the call for our daughter to see. After getting the new phones, the phones seem to cancel out any noise that isn’t their voice, including the videos and music.
I’m not a Samsung owner but I’ve hunted their settings looking for some sort of active noise cancellation, including Duo settings, tried using a different app, and no luck. They are NOT using any headphones. I’m hoping this is a feature that can be turned off, but I couldn’t find it myself.
