Twitter account shows up at top of Share To list

If I try to share something from certain apps, I get a list of share choices - and, at the very top, I get one Twitter user. I don't think I ever followed that account - and I have now blocked it - but it still shows up.

Any idea why they show up, and how to get rid of it?

The Twitter account is the thing at the top call silver innings.
