twitter app that notifies me when followers post

Im looking for a twitter app that notifies me when the people im following post not just when i get @'d in the post.

The other option is to turn on your text notifications in your twitter profile and then "turn on" notifications for whoever it is that you want to receive their tweets. You will then get their tweets as a text message.
