Twitter question

I just starting using Android again, but I remember being able to send out a tweet from the home screen without opening the Twitter app, and I can not find a widget that does that, what can I use to do so?

The twitter widget. Click on the button on the top right corner. (Your going to have to install the twitter app to get it)
