Two questions, Notification sounds

I am coming from a Galaxy S7 to the S10 and I really like this upgrade.

I miss a few things from my old the first is some of the notification sounds on the S7 mainly the bottle cap sound, does anyone know how to add this or any other notification sounds?

the 2nd minor change I want is in google maps it is always defaulting to satellite mode and I manually need to shut it off every time I use navigation?

If anyone has any idea I would appreciate it

Hi there!

For notification sounds, yeah, sucks that Samsung keeps changing the stock ones (every new phone I have to deal with my alarm sound of choice being removed ). While there's no 'official' way to add them back, you can use apps like Zedge to easily find them and add them to your phone (or you can manually find the audio file in MP3 format and copy directly into the Notifications folder in your phone).

As for Maps, have you checked that the option to Start maps in satellite view isn't active (open Maps, tap the menu button, go to Settings)?

I used zedge for getting notification/ring tone sounds. Very good app.

Also check your settings in maps. There is an option to start in satellite. Make sure that's turned off.

Yes as spookdroid and pstellato73 said you can use zedge

If you do a Google search for s7 notifications or ringtones, they are out there for download and you can add the ones you want to the new phone.

This is great, I've been missing many of these tones. Thanks for the post.
