Verizon Galaxy S8 Two things, in call volume and resetting locks.

If I'm watching a video and I want to turn up the volume it defaults to in call volume instead of media. Solution?

Also I can't seem to wipe out my pattern Lock. I just want to turn it off and use Iris or face only. How can I remove the pattern lock?

In order to use iris or face you have to have a backup Pin or password in case it's too dark to use those.
