TWRP recovery image for Nokia 3

My brother is trying to root Nokia 3 smartphone and he's was trying to find an official TWRP recovery image for his device to flash Magisk to have root access. But still, he couldn't find it. Is official TWRP recovery available for Nokia 3? Except Magisk, is there a way to root Nokia 3?
