To keep a long story short, I rooted using this awesome guide: Root AT&T Galaxy S4 I337 on UCUAMF3 Firmware and it was great...

then I got greedy... didnt learn enough before playing with the tools open to you on a rooted device.

Now I need to find the stock firmware for UCUAMF3. Which I have been extremely unlucky to find.

I am hoping to odin and flash back to stock firmware.

Currently have a pretty expensive flip phone that doesnt flip.

Try Samsung updates.com.
Look up the device by exact model number.

Perhaps Kies can reinstall the ROM? Guessing on that one, I rarely used Kies.

From a Sprint Moto X on AC forums app.

TAR files to flash MF3 via ODIN - Page 3 - xda-developers

woohoo! I am back.

With one exception, 1.85 would not connect to device in download mode. 3.09 would.

With these notes for anyone else who has this issue trying to use 3.09:

AP, CP, CSC correspond with PDA, PHONE and CSC

did the firmware work for you?

Great. Now root it on mf3. Use supersu from chain fire. Spend less than a cup of coffee, and get the full version. Choose to retain root after update. Do the OTA to MK2 (4.3) and you will retain root.
At least that is what I did and it worked for me.
