UK Moto Z - comes with free bumper and different style shell

I wasn't sure which thread to post this in, so I started a new thread. I'm in Australia, the moto z is not yet available here. However I have a Moto Z, I ordered through the UK site Clove. I was surprised to find that the style shell is not the wooden one that people are receiving in the states. It is a black textured shell with diagnol lines (different shades of black)

Also included was a clear plastic bumper, which I haven't seen included in any youtube unboxing videos. On one hand it feels cheap and isn't a real snug/tight fit, but on the other hand it protects the sides, and allows you to change the mods without removing the case.

I'm interested to know If this black style shell is completely random (seeing as every unboxing video i've seen has a wood back), or if it is a case of different countries have different style shells?

Hopefully there are some good quality bumpers released, because I'd love a better quality bumper with a more snug fit that allows mods to be swapped

Me too. I actually bought the black one and the red one. I agree with leetrevor91 that it feels much better than the wood grain one included in the States.

I wonder which one will be included with the US unlocked version (if any)? I have mine on pre-order from Amazon.

I found myself using it more than I thought, I quite like it. I'm still thinking of getting a clear skin for the grip though.
