Off by default for me.

Open phone dialler - three dots top right - settings - scroll to bottom and turn the wee bugger on. WiFi calling.
Bob was indeed my over familiar uncle.

Mine is a UK unlocked version although how I go about making a Wi-Fi call is another matter, are you using a US unlocked handset?

That's odd, but then you have 'RCS call settings I don't, what is that?
Maybe Wi-Fi calling is determined by what network you are using?
Not sure but I'm using BT and they go through EE's network.

I know to each their own but it really boggles my mind that people have such a problem with the fingerprint sensor location maybe my hands are really big and maybe I just don't care and maybe I'm really dexterous but I try to make mistakes and it's just easy not to.. hmm not important. loving the camera! loving the screen size. connecting to my insurance so u vann breathe better

I don't have any problems with it either and I'm a female with small hands. It's not a one handed device. You can learn where the sensor is. It becomes muscle memory after a while.

How do you achieve vowifi with BT.? Do they support this now?
Discounted them in the past due to no VoLTE or vowifi.

What case / screen protector combo are we all rocking after the first few days?

I have stuck with the Spigen Hybrid clear case and still have the factory screen protector on. It's started to lift so have an invisible defender with wings to go on.
Giving a good balance of size v protection.

Would love to go naked but like my S8, it's as slippy as a jailhouse bar of soap.

To answer you 2nd question, Samsung Rugged kickstand case (Deep Sea Blue) and Spigen Neo flex screen protector, very happy with this setup at the minute.

Cool. Good setup.

To make a WiFi call you need to have WiFi calling turned on, and a ****e signal.

As my picture shows. It's a godsend as not only do I live in a Faraday cage, I spend a lot of time in IT bunkers.

Exactly. That's what it is for.
Hand over seems pretty accurate for me. Couple of bars of 4G VoLTE and it will switch over from vowifi.

Probably too early yet.
