Hi does any of you in the uk missing the toggle in the YouTube app to crop the video into full screen I've tried everything to get it and it's just not there on my device and it's really starting to get on me nerves now

Some info for UK Note8ers still waiting for validation of their Dex claim: I finally got through to a human on the Dex Claim line, who had to manually update my claim number to 'Accepted'. Reason for the delay given as 'overwhelmed by number of people claiming' and that 'the process has to be done manually by members of the customer support team'. It will still be 'up to 30 days' before I'll get my Dex. If you ring the Claim Line, expect a long wait (10+ minutes) before you get to speak to someone.

Have tried serching wouldn't be asking if could find anything and if you look at my post about it you would see people in the UK have the toggle on the YouTube app and have spoke to Samsung today and they saying there isn't a problem with the YouTube app and to send my phone in or send it back and get a new one even the person I was speaking to on the at Samsung has the toggle on his note

Part or all of your claim has been validated and you will receive your reward within the time frame as detailed in the terms and conditions.

Just got email that mine has been validated, bought on 15th September and put in claim 21st
Should have it within 30 days

Meant my free DEX .
Ordered my Note8 on 24th of August, took delivery 15th of September and submitted DEX claim on the 16th of September.
