UK Xoom with US 3.2.1 + ICS update = problems?

Hi all

I have a UK wifi xoom which I have put the US 3.2.1 rom (build htk75d) on which has worked no problem the question I have is now that ICS is being pushed out will this cause problems for me?

The last update that got pushed out seem to go through OK so I'm hoping this one will to.

You shouldn't have one problem. I manually updated my 2 Xooms last Friday, and have had no problems except with one app that I use occasionally, and the dev advised me they were working on the problem

OK its official, ICS works on the Xoom UK Wifi edition.
I had switched over the US from ages ago and been getting the updates and now ICS has come through and is working a treat!

Did you have to flash a US rom with the UK model?

yeah i went on the XDA forums where they had instructions on flashing the UK model with the US rom. No need to root and it seems to let you get the updates the same time the US do.

touch wood... so far so good

Please be aware this does wipe your Xoom. Also you do this at your own risk as did I and I am not responsible if it does not work.

Hope it goes OK and you get ICS to.
