Unable to adjust lock screen type

I changed my lock screen to finger print this morning. Typically I just have it set to swipe, but wanted it on for the day, I do that periodically. This evening I went to change it back and the option for swipe and no lock arent available. They say, " turned off by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage." I tried looking through these areas and didn't find anything. I didn't change any of those settings or install any apps that may have changed it (Android pay is deactivated). I can change between the other options, just not swipe, or no lock.

Thanks for any help.

Try going to Settings>Security>Clear Credentials.

Can this be enforced by corporate IT when running Nine with an Exchange account? I know on some phones they had the ability to set certain security requirements, but not sure about the lock screen. I would also like to change up the screen for here at home - with the tempered glass and size of the screen, it's hard to reach the home button with one hand.

Yeah, I'm not sure about what corporate IT may require. Can you ask your IT folks, or are they generally unhelpful?
