Unable to boot into the smartphone

Hello everyone, i need some help regarding my google+ account, You see a couple of days ago (3 days to be exact as of now) i swapped phone with my dad he had note 3 and i had oneplus 2, when i formatted the note 3 and transferred my data to it i then tried to log into my google account but i forgot my password so i decided to rest the password, after logging into my account i then went to the oneplus 2 and formatted it without removing the lock screen password nor did i remove the google account from it so when i tried to boot the onplus 2 it requested the google account that was on the device before the hardreset, i did not know about this security measure in the android system so i then proceeded to log in with my account but it would put me back to sign in again, i searched the internet and discovered that i must wait 3 days before i log into a smartphone with lollipop android system that was resetted and had it is original Google account password changed, so i waited those 3 days and when i wanted to log in today i forgot the password again so i changed it in haste and i forgot about the 3 days peroid and as i tried To log in i Couldn't, now i believe it is because i changed the password it triggered the security system again in that case is there anyway to either bypass it or to contact Google to lift the ban of my account.
