Unable to download stuff from IE

Why am i unable to download stuff from internet ？ It always show ＂Starting download... " and i check the download it show nothing.

Plz help me thank in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! Which browser are you using? Because I know it can't be IE (Microsoft Internet Explorer).

When you open the Downloads app (assuming that's what you're doing?) there's an Other Downloads tab to show more files. If that doesn't reveal them, you can also view your Downloads folder(s) in the My Files app. I've done that for some files that wouldn't show in the Downloads app.

Thought the Internet icon is IE guess it look too much the same btw i also try chrome it also don work.

I try go to the file app to my download folder cant find the stuff i want to download i even try to download video i downloaded before also don seem to work.
