Unable to flash factory firmware to google pixel xl

Hello, I am trying to recover my phone, the bootloader is unlocked and the system is rooted, I have TWRP installed. I try and flash in ADB with the command flash-all, the bootloader and radio files get written but when it comes to the image-marlin-nmf26o, an error message comes up in the dialogue box saying not enough space.
What am I doing wrong?

Upgrade your ADB/fastboot drivers.

You cannot run flash-all.bat in ADB mode, only at the bootloader using fastboot commands.
