Unable to install android kitkat launcher APKs

So I'm trying to download android 4.4 launcher but I'm running into some problems. Firstly, I'm running stock android 4.4 , unrooted. I have GEL launcher, also. Anyways, I'm trying to download prebuiltgmscore, velvet, and googlehome apk. The Google home apk installs fine. But when I download the other 2, it says, file cannot be installed. I even tried installing them in a specific order. No luck . I have "download from unknown sources" checked in developer options. I'm hoping you can help. Thank you
