Unable to print from Chromium OS

I have converted an old laptop into a chromebook using neverware chromium os. However I'm unable to print wirelessly from it.
I can see the printer but when I try and print it just sits in the queue.

Any ideas what I can do please?

I think I've solved it I added the printer by ip address and seems to work. Does that sound like the right method?
