unable to receive email


AC Question

For the past 2 days I have been unable to receive email. Sending is working. I have checked that the auto sync is on. Verified all needed info i.e. POP. I have just done a reset to factory settings. Still unable to receive email. Help

I have had the same problem since Friday. I am getting email on my computer, but not my phone. It is a private company domain. My husband has an Iphone through the same domain and he is getting his email. I am using the standard email client on the phone where you designate all the settings. Nothing has changed.
