Unable to send or receive picture messages

I went to settings>applications>manage applications I then cleared data on any of my apps that were using a large percentage of data. I restarted my phone and the pics came through.. Hope this works for anyone that reads it!

I had the same problem. My mobile connectivity was turned off by mistake. I have wifi and mobile on and it works fine now!

This issue has NOTHING to do with the method of connection - the error occurs via Wi Fi and when connected direct to the network (Bell). So how about giving us a DEFINITELasdKLjnhsd anawer so I can resolve this god damn issue

My data was on, everything worked fine except picture texts. I did a factory reset and its fine now.

For the last 3 days my inc2 wont send or receive picture messages. When i try to send them it says, failed after multiple attempts generic network failure. I cant download them either.
I'm complete stock and using stock messaging.

This is how to make your phone receive mms/picture messages:
+settings
+more settings
+mobile network
+network mode
+in network mode you select the other option. There may be 3 options..just try the other two and one of them will be the right one.

Switched from Android messaging to Google messenger, all mms come thru and send.
