unable to unblock a contact

[AC Question]

Blocked a contact now I want to unblock but even after clicking unblock in the contact information I can't receive calls from that contact. I have even tried deleting and reentering the contact, but still doesn't allow a call from that contact. I am receiving text from the contact.
This isn't affecting any of my other contacts.

Welcome to Android Central! Check your carrier's My Account site to see if there is a call blocking option there, and make sure that number isn't listed.

Are you using any 3rd party app call blocking products, or websites such as youmail.com? (I LOVE youmail BTW!)
