Unable to update software!!

[AC Question]

I have got the S6 Edge however it is not allowing me to update the software. When i click on 'download updates manually' or 'scheduled software updates' the phone does not take me to the next screen. It is like there are no further options. Previously i have been able to update this way. Can someone please help and advise why this is happening as usually it says the 'software upto date'? It was last updated 1/7/16

Maybe it is up to date. It should be running 6.01 marshmallow. Is that what you have?

Sounds like your device is up to date then unless you are still on 5.1.1. Then you may need to manually update your phone.
