Where do you feel the heat? Does it seem like the battery itself, or is it localized somewhere else, like near the camera module? If the battery is overheating, it might be failing.

I just went to the shop to replace the battery 6months ago. I cant remember where it overheats

Batteries can be defective -- it doesn't matter how new it is.
