You're sort of in a better position than me then. You will be able to see exactly which of all the new phones have locked bootloaders, and which ones just plain work the best.

I on the other hand am sitting on 3 available upgrades right now and absolutely don't want to waste them on old CDMA only phones. Bring on my new sim cards!

Okay I live outside Augusta GA, closest 4G is in Atlanta or Athens. I am looking to upgrade from BB to Droid (HTC Looking better each day). So will there be an advantage of upgrading to the HTC Incredible with the lower price or should I just gut it out for a couple of weeks and wait on the new Thunderbolt?

I have the Incredible and love it, but am looking forward to the larger screen on the TB, the front facing camera and the other extras it will provide..Ive tried Samsung facinate and have a friend with the Dx and have to say I like HTC the best..

Better question is are these prices with or without the MIR? If they are $100 and you have to wait 6 weeks to get the MIR I will just pop over to Best Buy and get it there. They at least give you the MIR credit up front.

I'm in Salerno, but I have friends in Sharana and Bagram as well. My unit is split to a few of the major FOBs out here. Salerno, Bagram, Shank, Jalalabad.

Yea thats the way it works. My unit is supposed to be going over there with an MTOE mission but that nevers happens unless your MTOE is 11B.

I agree!! It is very convenient that BB does that. I am curious, if I have a corporate discount can the sales person at Best Buy make all of the accommodations? (these include 20% off main line, waived application fees, etc.)

If not, then I would rather do everything with my Verizon people and deal with the rebate hassle. ugh!

I've gotten my last 4 droids from Best Buy on release day. Droid OG, Droid Eris, Droid 2 and Droid X. So at least recently, Best Buy is getting phones on release day, and sometimes they do pre-orders for them as well.
