Is there any way to undervolt this phone or is that locked by stock kernal? I am currently rooted and would love to see how low i can go! Wouldnt mind saving some battery life as well. Please advise.

You can certainly go up in voltages in just about anything. Its what keeps things stable as frequencies go up and becomes overclocked. If you bring freqs down, then its safe to bring voltages down.
Manufacturers usually keep voltages on the high side for stability reasons. That's why its okay to drop them a little at stock freqs.

What programs can I use to modify the voltages? Also, are there any good stress testers for mobile devices? I would like to keep the stock frequency and just lower voltage if possible, to save on battery life and make it run a bit cooler as well.

Please Advise.

id say just wait for jrummy to update android overclock. i used it on my X all the time and it did wonders! i overclocked and undervolted and it did just fine.

Gotcha. Good advise. I did already down load the program and seen that it did not work for the Bionic. I cant wait for an update! I love tweaking hardware and phones are a totally diferent world for me! Exciting stuff..Wonder how high I can get on stock voltages.

Also are there programs that let you alter memory voltages or timings? As well as a program simalar to cpu-z that shows hardware info including rated speeds/ voltages ect..

the problem is you need a kernel to support overclocking, over/under volting. currently there is no kernel available. Its not just setcpu.
