Uneven Volume rocker

I got the 32 GB blue droid turbo in ballistic nylon from best buy three days ago. I noticed last night that the volume rocker is uneven. It is more pressed in at the top. Kind of like this from another source:



There is nothing wrong with the phone as of now. I am worrying that putting the phone in a case will make it difficult to change volumes. Is this enough of a reason to exchange the phone? Will best buy exchange the phone because of the volume rocker?

this is a tray for the SIM card. maybe try pulling it out and reseatting it.

I tried that before but it is still uneven

did you see if both springs were still on the rocker?

Both springs were on the rocker but one was higher than the other. I went to best buy and exchanged the phone. This seems to be an issue with the blue ones in ballistic nylon. I saw two other phones with the same issue in BB.
