I have an Android tablet that I bought in July of 2015. About 2 weeks ago, I started getting this message, and stopped receiving any emails on my tablet. I have tried a few YouTube fixes, but they don't work. Also, I have no idea which exchange service I am using (or even what that means). Could someone explain how to fix this ?

Sorry, But what do you mean by "both email accounts" ? I have never dumped any emails on my tablet because they are automatically deleted after about 2 weeks or so. I would still like to try what you have suggested, but I'm not sure about the both email accounts thing. In my case, I use outlook.com for my email. Could someone explain this ? Is there an actual fix yet ?
