Unfortunately, Google Play music has stopped

Why does Google Play music keep crashing on me? It doesn't seem to matter if I an on 4g, 3g or WiFi with good signal strength. I know data is working because everything else is. Even music on the device won't play. Is this the app, the phone or just bad luck? I have sent a bunch of error reports so I hope that helps. I just want it to work since I subscribed to all access.

My play music was doing this too when streaming wasn't working. A profile update fixed the streaming problem and so far the play crash issue. Give that a try to start.
