unfortunately TouchWiz has stopped working. can you tell me a fix on my galaxy s4

on my galaxy s4, unfortunately TouchWiz home has stopped working screen keeps popping up whenever I try to move an icon. I have tried everything that I read on these forums and nothing seems to work
