Welcome to the forums. Which phone do you have? If you can see this app in the data usage settings select it to see more details and tap the app icon top right. This should take you to the app screen, select advanced, scroll all the way down and tap 'app details'.Thank you for picking this up, I'm not able to see this in system app, I'm going to try to share some images
This guide can help you to post screenshots here. The right steps will depend on which way you are accessing the forums.I am not sure if it is the app, but it appears under battery usage as app, maybe if is a service which runs few other apps?, And how do I upload images to this ?![]()
Just a thought, is this a company phone with a dedicated work profile?Sorry not under battery, I mean under data usage, and the name is exactly "All work apps"
Do you have different users in settings - system - multiple users? The phone is OnePlus 6t, it is my private phone, and upon clicking on app icon it does not open any details, all other apps do, I will also look into uploading some images for you. Thanks
Can you check the individual data and battery usage for the Motp app? That "All work apps" usage looks like a generic tag and not exactly for any specific app.Hi, no other user and no work account added I do have a motp app which generates code to logon into work however that app should not consume this much data
Seems like not an motp useage, however I found it strange that there is no mention of "All work apps" on the internet anywhere, if it's a common phenomenon then something must be out these indicating this? Can you check the individual data and battery usage for the Motp app? All the references that I've found point to a work profile. Not sure what else to suggest, sorry.Seems like not an motp useage, however I found it strange that there is no mention of "All work apps" on the internet anywhere, if it's a common phenomenon then something must be out these indicating this?View attachment 316172
