Is there a uninstaller app that gets rid of folders and stuff apps leave behind after uninstalling them?

Yup. Clean Master. Wonderful app, have had it for several months. Free on Play, and they are good with updates. I think I have had 3 or 4 that I can remember. Kinda small too, after installation it's 7.75 MB. You can clear cache, residual files, and like you were asking, upon deletion will eliminate files remaining. It does more things with superuser access, and I have been rooted the entire time I have used it, so I don't know what the differences would be.
