Uninstalling an app, but keeping it?? Help!

Hello. I have purchased a few apps that I no longer want on the phone, but don't want to just delete for good because I paid for them. How can I remove an app from the phone but still keep it on my computer if I want to re-install it at a later date??

The market saves everything on your google account. If you uninstall it, it will still show up in My Apps in the market....even if you switch phones. Its linked to the google email address you used to set up the phone. If you lose the activation code you can always email the apps developer and he will send you a new key to activate the app again.

you can also use apps like mybackup or titanium to backup apps to the sd card and then uninstall them. when you want them back, just restore them.
