Uninstalling TuneIn fixed KitKat4.4.2

I think I solved all my KitKat4.4.2 issues by uninstalling TuneIn. TuneIn used to be great until the adware loaded updates. Restarts, freezing, screen not waking up, audio/video playback issues, etc. 2 days without any issues. So far so good one my Stock phone. Anybody have a favorite radio app that doesn't hose the phone?
