Question Unlock moto g 2025

I bought this phone come find out it is network locked T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile said they won't unlock the phone. Does anyone have a way around this?

What reason did T-Mobile give?

They said there is an outstanding bill. I explained to them that I purchased the phone. So I tried contacting the man I bought the phone from and he will not answer.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do other than paying the bill if he will not pay it. Was this purchased on ebay using PayPal? If so, you could file a claim for getting a device that is blacklisted from a seller.

No unfortunately it was Facebook marketplace

Not much you can do about that besides ask for a refund, which is probably unlikely on FB Marketplace. Sorry!
